Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is the perfect recipe when you have friends over. It makes a great appetizer if you’re having a dinner party or any kind of party.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated romano cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 14 oz canned artichokes hearts (well drained)

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan, romano, garlic, basil, and garlic powder in a bowl.

  3. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach once the other ingredients are well combined.

  4. Add the mixture to an oven-safe dish and add the mozzarella to the top.

  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until it starts to bubble.

  6. Serve with a beget or chips.
