Oven Roasted Honey Dill Carrots

These carrots are the perfect texture, and sweetness. The Dill really brings out the flavor of the carrot and adds something a little extra to the carrots.

Ingredients

  • 6-7 large carrots

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons dill

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees

  2. Wash, peel, and cut the carrots.

  3. Once the carrots are cut, add them to a large bowl and add the oil, honey, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then add to an oven-safe pan.

  4. Bake the carrots in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Once carrots are cooked, serve and enjoy.
