Oven Roasted Honey Dill Carrots
These carrots are the perfect texture, and sweetness. The Dill really brings out the flavor of the carrot and adds something a little extra to the carrots.

Ingredients
6-7 large carrots
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons dill
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots.
Once the carrots are cut, add them to a large bowl and add the oil, honey, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then add to an oven-safe pan.
Bake the carrots in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Once carrots are cooked, serve and enjoy.
