Fruit Tart
This is an easy fruit tart recipe. It includes the crust and filling. It makes an easy, pretty, and delicious dessert.

Ingredients
Crust
1/2 cup cubed butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Filling
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
1 package strawberries
1 package blueberries
4 kiwi
Or whatever kind of fruit you like
Glaze
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Crust
In a large bowl, add sugar, salt, and flour.
In a separate bowl, add butter, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
Once combined well, add the butter mixture to the flour mixture. Stir or knead till combined.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. With a rolling pin, roll out the crust to about 1 inch thick. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
After chilling, roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thick, then transfer into a pie pan or tart pan. (Make sure to grease your pan before adding the dough).
Preheat the oven to 375. Poke holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork, then bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
After baking, let the crust cool before adding the filling and the toppings
Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir until it is well combined.
Let chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After chilled, add the filling to the tart crust
Topping
Chop fruit into whatever shapes you’d like.
Add it to the tart in whatever pattern you’d like.
Glaze
(The glaze is not needed, but can help keep the fruit from going bad for longer).
Whisk together the honey and water until it becomes a thin and sticky consistency.
Let glaze cool for at least 10 minutes, making sure not to let it go hard.
